レッスンをご提供する中で最も重要な要素は講師だと思っています。
いくら私たちが優れたレッスンプラン、優れたカリキュラム、優れたリソースを用意しても、講師の能力が十分でない場合、レッスンはうまく機能しません。

そのため、私たちは多くの教育経験、優れた人格、そして高いレベルのプロ意識を備えた講師のみを採用しています。

最高の講師を獲得するために、採用プロセスには３つまたは４つのステップを設けています。
私たちは少なくとも２回は講師と面接を行い、彼らの今までの成果またはサンプルのレッスンを確認し、教えることについて深く話し、時にはリファレンスチェックを行います。

その結果、採用される講師は応募者の５％未満になります。
今年の採用プロセスは３ヶ月続き、５０を超える応募の中から、キッズアカデミー(こども英会話)に２名の講師を採用しました。
この採用プロセスは時間がかかるため、常にこのような高い基準を維持することが大変なときもありますが、それだけの価値があると考えています。
今回こども英会話を任せるのにベストな講師を２名採用しました。彼らの成功を支援するために私たちは全力を尽くします！

Windsor Eikaiwa - How we choose our English Teachers

We believe that the single most important element in a classroom is the teacher. You can have a great lesson plan, a great curriculum, great resources but if the teacher is not good enough then the lesson isn’t going to work so well. 

As such we only hire teachers with a lot of teaching experience, good personality and high levels of professionalism.

In order for us to get the best teachers, our hiring process has 3 or sometimes 4 separate steps. We interview teachers at least twice, always ask them to show us their work or teach a short sample class, talk to them in depth about teaching and sometimes request references from different workplaces. 

The result is that we only hire less than 5% of our applicants. This year our hiring process lasted 3 months and from the over 50 applications we hired two new teachers for our Kids school. Keeping such high standards in hiring is sometimes very tough because as mentioned before our hiring process takes sometimes too long but we believe it’s worth it. We hired the 2 best candidates for our kids classes in Fukuoka and we are going to do everything in our power to help them succeed!

Our hiring process ensures that every time you step into a Windsor classroom or send your children to one of our kids classrooms you can feel assured that the teacher responsible for the class is going to be a professional with high motivation and experience to teach a great class.
